Yes. Every gold name necklace is handcrafted in our studio, from design and cutting to finishing and shipping. Each piece is personally made with care by the founders of Touch By Gold.

Simply send your necklace to us, and we’ll return it professionally cleaned, polished, and renewed - shining beautifully, just like new.

Is your jewelry real gold?
Absolutely. Every Touch By Gold necklace is made in solid 14K gold, chosen for its perfect balance of beauty, durability, and everyday wear.
It’s real gold you can enjoy daily, designed to stay timeless and beautiful for years.
How thick are your name necklaces?
We craft every necklace at a premium thickness of 0.7mm. Unlike standard market options (often 0.5mm), our 0.7mm profile offers the perfect balance: substantial enough to be durable and rigid, yet elegant and comfortable for daily wear
Do you offer name necklaces in 925 sterling silver as well?
Yes. While gold is our specialty, selected designs are also available in 925 sterling silver. You can choose the material directly on the product page before placing your order.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to make my necklace?
Each necklace is made to order. Production and preparation take 1–3 business days, allowing us to carefully craft and finish your personalized piece before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping.
Delivery to the United States and Europe typically takes about one week, with an estimated delivery time of up to 14 business days, depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a personalized necklace?
Because each necklace is custom made with a personal name, personalized items cannot be returned. If there is an issue related to your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We guarantee that all our necklaces are made from genuine gold, as described. Each piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, accidental pulling, or chain breakage.
