Because our jewelry is custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for personalized items once production has begun.
Exceptions
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement or solution.
Order Approval
Customers are responsible for approving the final design before production. Once approved, changes or cancellations are not possible.
