At Touch by Gold, every piece is carefully custom-made and personalized just for you.
To ensure complete satisfaction, we provide a design approval step before production begins.

Design Approval
Before your jewelry enters production, you will receive a final design for approval. This step allows you to review the spelling, layout, and overall design, helping prevent errors and ensuring the piece is exactly as you expect.

Once the design is approved, production begins and the order can no longer be changed, canceled, or returned.

Returns
Because each item is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges after production has started.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before design approval and production.
After approval, cancellations are not possible.

Exceptions
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will gladly assist you.
